About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Implementation, Coupa Implementation, global rollouts, and system integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, managing vendors, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of complex enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA and Coupa implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage rollout projects across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy.
• Drive integration workstreams across SAP, Coupa, and third-party systems.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Manage senior business and IT stakeholders across departments, regions, and partners.
• Facilitate Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and prepare professional SteerCo decks, status reports, and executive updates.
• Ensure clear communication channels, timely escalation, and alignment between all parties.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Coordinate with System Integrators (SIs) and technology partners to ensure delivery quality and contractual compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Evaluate and challenge SI proposals, estimations, and resource allocations where necessary.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Drive structured conflict resolution across cross-functional teams and vendor groups.
• Lead change management activities to ensure user adoption and minimal business disruption.

Integration & Technical Oversight

• Ensure successful integration between SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, and interfacing applications.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to validate solution design, testing, and deployment processes.
• Support cutover planning, readiness assessments, and hypercare stabilization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in IT project management.
• Mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation (greenfield / brownfield).
• Hands-on experience in Coupa modules and procurement system deployments.
• Solid background in multi-country rollouts and integration projects.
• Proven experience managing System Integrators and large vendor ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prepare and present executive-level SteerCo decks.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification (preferred but not mandatory).
