We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the delivery of roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in road construction, utilities, and authority compliance within a contractor or consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery of roads & infrastructure projects
Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
Ensure compliance with the UAE authorities. RTA project experience is mandatory.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and technical performance
Manage coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors
Provide solutions to complex engineering and site challenges

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
10–15+ years of experience in roads & infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE authority standards and approvals
Proven experience in technical leadership roles
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
