Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and supervise MEP systems for transmission substations, control buildings, GIS buildings, and associated infrastructure.

• Coordinate HVAC systems for control rooms, relay rooms, battery rooms, and electrical equipment areas.

• Supervise fire alarm, firefighting, and clean agent systems in compliance with NFPA and local authority standards.

• Oversee plumbing and drainage systems within substation facilities.

• Ensure proper installation of lighting, small power, earthing interfaces, and auxiliary electrical systems.

• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings.

• Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and electrical engineers for seamless integration of systems.

• Support testing & commissioning activities of MEP systems.

• Assist in the preparation of BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documentation.

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and authority approvals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP engineering for power transmission substations or high-voltage infrastructure projects.

• Familiarity with IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and other relevant international standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP design software (Revit MEP preferred).
