Key Requirements:

The candidate should be available in the UAE and can join immediately.

Technical degree with 5–7 years of experience as an MEP Technician or Team Leader in an FM company (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
Valid UAE driving license
Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Ability to coordinate effectively with FM service providers and subcontractors
Basic computer knowledge (email writing, reporting, maintenance systems)

Technical Responsibilities:
Perform and supervise the troubleshooting of MEP systems with strong expertise in HVAC chiller systems
Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation
Read and interpret technical drawings and as-built drawings (MEP layouts, schematics, etc.)
Utilize CAFM systems for job logging, tracking, reporting, and closing work orders
