Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of HR operations by coordinating administrative and payroll-related activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure accurate data entry into the HR Information System (HRIS), while preserving confidentiality.
• Act as a first point of contact for emloyee inquiries, providing timely clarification on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in drafting and preparing HR reports and dashboards for management review, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with line managers to support the resolution of employee relations matters in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in conducting grievance and disciplinary procedures, ensuring documentation is completed and policies are followed.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of attendance and payroll processes in alignment with internal guidelines and UAE labor law.
• Provide administrative support for employee lifecycle activities including; probation, transfers, and offboarding.
• Stay informed on relevant labor law updates and provide input on compliance-related matters to the Talent Relations Manager.
• Support departmental planning activities by gathering relevant HR data and contributing to operational planning processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed to support HR operations and employee services.
• Assist in organizing internal HR communications and initiatives that support employee engagement and awareness of HR services.
. Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Required: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in talent relations, HR, or a related role, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
• Preferred: Proven experience of labor laws and regulations in the UAE, along with best practices in talent management and employee engagement.
