Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Technicians and Master Technicians with strong background in construction equipment, heavy machinery, and automotive technical services. The candidates will be responsible for diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and servicing of heavy-duty equipment and vehicles while ensuring high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities (All Technicians)
• Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of heavy machinery and construction equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
• Maintain service and repair documentation.
• Support workshop operations and technical teams.
• Follow company and client operational procedures.
Role-Specific Responsibilities
Master Technician
• Handle complex diagnostics and major repairs.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Guide and support junior technicians.
• Ensure equipment performance and efficiency.
Master Technician – Construction Equipment (CE)
• Advanced repair and diagnostics of heavy construction machinery.
• Work on excavators, loaders, cranes, and heavy equipment.
• Handle hydraulic and engine-related issues.
Master Technician – Diagnostics
• Perform advanced fault diagnosis using diagnostic tools.
• Analyze technical reports and resolve complex issues.
Master Technician – Electrical
• Handle electrical systems and wiring in heavy machinery.
• Diagnose electrical faults and repair systems.
Technician – Denter
• Repair vehicle and machinery body damage.
• Perform denting and structural repairs.
Technician – Diagnostic
• Identify mechanical and technical faults.
• Support master technicians in troubleshooting.
Technician – Electrical Diagnostics
• Diagnose electrical issues in machinery and equipment.
• Repair wiring and control systems.
Technician – Fabricator
• Fabricate and repair metal parts and structures.
• Work with welding and fabrication tools.
Technician – Maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing.
• Ensure equipment is in operational condition.
Technician – Mechanical Diagnostics
• Identify engine and mechanical system issues.
• Perform mechanical repairs.
Technician – Painter
• Perform painting and finishing work.
• Maintain surface quality and protection.
Technician – Polishing
• Perform polishing and finishing of equipment and vehicles.
Technician – Repair
• Handle general repair and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
• Proven experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience in workshop or field service operations
• Technical diploma or certification preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• GCC experience preferred
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
