Key Responsibilities:

       Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and documentation for                     transmission substations, control buildings, switchgear rooms, and                 auxiliary structures

• Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP engineers to integrate architectural plans with overall project designs.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to architectural drawings.

• Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and site teams on architectural matters.

• Assist in preparing BOQs, tender documents, and material specifications.

• Support project management in resolving design or construction-related issues.

• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for design approvals, revisions, and project closeout.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design for utility or transmission projects (substations, high-voltage facilities).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
