Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage baseline programs, schedules, milestones, and
deliverables.
• Develop and update project master schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor construction progress, submittals, material deliveries, procurement,
and productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Develop project cash flow and forecasts.
• Conduct schedule monitoring and identify deviations from the baseline.
• Support extension of time assessments and forensic planning/delay
analysis.
• Ensure planning activities support timely project delivery and contractual
obligations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of Planning Engineering experience in UAE roads & infrastructure projects.
Strong experience with Primavera P6.
Knowledge of various Conditions of Contract.

UAE driving license is essential.

French and/or Arabic language skills will be an advantage
