Job Description:

Job Purpose

This role is primarily responsible for the administration, configuration, support and enhancement of enterprise event-management platforms such as Momentous or similar Event Management / Venue Management systems or CRM System. The specialist will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, system stability, and continuous optimization of business workflows across Sales, Event Planning, Finance, and Operations.

The role will support system users for any support, bugs, enhancements, requirement gathering, testing, and deployment of new features that improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance user experience across departments. The specialist will also play a key role in User support, data integrity, reporting, training, and user onboarding, ensuring the system is fully adapted and used effectively.

This position requires strong analytical, functional, and technical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations. The specialist will collaborate closely with IT, Business Champions, and Vendor teams to support ongoing improvements and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

1. Demonstrates strong application knowledge in Momentous or similar Event Management / CRM platforms; perform configuration, system setup, and module enhancements

2. Lead and support requirement gathering, documentation, workflow mapping, and enhance business units

3. Manage testing cycles (SIT & UAT), troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors for bug resolution and enhancement delivery

4. Ensure overall system usability, data integrity, and performance including monitoring integrations, API connections, and master data

5. Provide day-to-day user support, resolve incidents, manage tickets, and ensure adherence to SLAs

6. Develop and maintain reports/dashboards using system reporting tools, Power BI, or SQL as required

7. Conduct user training, create training materials, and support onboarding for new processes and platform updates

Allocation of weightage needs to be based on Responsibility’s Importance/Time Spent/Criticality - must add up to 100%

4. Operating Environment

1. Office based role with contact to ESO Commercial, IT, ESO Operations

2. Overtime will be allocated either as lieu days, or overtime pay dependent on grade and/or contract.
