Job Description:


We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Brand Promoter to represent our company and promote our products/services to customers. The Brand Promoter will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through direct interaction and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote company products and services to customers in retail stores, events, or public areas

  • Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly

  • Distribute promotional materials and samples

  • Engage customers and answer questions professionally

  • Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets

  • Set up and maintain promotional booths or display stands

  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to management

  • Maintain a positive brand image at all times

  • Submit daily activity and sales reports

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident, presentable, and energetic personality

  • Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)

  • Basic sales and negotiation skills
