SAP S/4HANA Retail O2C Senior Consultant | UAE

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail O2C Senior Consultant to support a major SAP S/4HANA store rollout.

The role will focus on designing, reviewing and deploying Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across store sales, e-commerce and wholesale channels, with strong exposure to retail-specific requirements and SAP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate functional specifications for retail O2C processes.
  • Design and optimize processes covering order management, pricing, promotions, returns, refunds, billing and customer settlement.
  • Oversee integration with SAP CAR, SAP IS-Retail, POS, MM and FI.
  • Manage end-to-end data flows across POS, omni-channel orders, inventory and revenue reporting.
  • Validate integration testing, test scenarios and UAT results.
  • Support retail pricing, promotion, billing, credit and settlement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regional VAT and e-invoicing requirements.
  • Coordinate integrations with payment providers, loyalty platforms and e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Act as the O2C SME throughout the rollout lifecycle, from design through go-live and hypercare.
  • Conduct workshops and training for store and commercial users.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, store operations, finance, SAP consultants and external partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP SD/O2C.
  • Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
  • Strong retail experience covering POS sales, pricing & promotions, omni-channel returns and multi-channel order fulfilment.
  • Strong knowledge of O2C processes including order management, delivery/shipping, billing, credit management and AR integration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA store rollout and multi-site deployments.
  • Knowledge of SAP SD pricing/condition techniques, output determination, rebates and revenue account determination.
  • Experience with SAP CAR, IS-Retail and POS DM.
  • Proficiency in functional specification documentation and SAP integration.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA retail innovations.
  • SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification and large-scale, multi-country retail project experience will be an advantage.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems or a related field.
