Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our Information Systems & Technology team as a Senior Officer – Application Support Service.

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 application support for banking applications
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution
• Diagnose and resolve production and application-related issues
• Monitor incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement
  preventive actions
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and service standards
• Support critical banking applications, middleware, and payment systems
• Monitor incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for incident handling

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Applications, or Engineering
Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in banking application support
Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and SDLC
Experience in Core Banking / Payment Systems support
Certifications such as ITIL, CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or Banking Applications are an advantage
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
