Key Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with contract specifications and approved drawings
Monitor contractor activities, progress, and quality of execution
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
Issue NCRs, prepare snagging reports, and follow up on corrective actions
Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and participate in audits
Oversee testing of materials (concrete, piping, etc.) and verify results
Enforce HSE policies, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems


Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in Oil and gas distribution projects are preferred
Familiarity with civil & MEP systems in service stations/infrastructure in the oil & gas industry.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
