We Are Hiring – IT Technician

Ultimate HR Solutions (UHRS) is hiring an IT Technician for a prestigious and well-established organization in the UAE.

Job Purpose

To provide IT and telecommunications support and ensure that IT and creative technology equipment is properly installed, maintained, and ready for use during exhibitions, events, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the delivery and setup of IT equipment for exhibitions, events, and employees.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, iPads, printers, touchscreens, interactive screens, and live-streaming equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and fixed asset details.
• Report daily operational activities and updates to the Team Lead.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Supervise outsourced manpower and monitor assigned tasks.
• Manage IT and creative technology stock in line with storage guidelines.
• Support the telecom team with internet connections and network solutions when required.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT, telecommunications, or technical qualifications are preferred.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of IT equipment installation and maintenance.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Inventory and asset management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to supervise outsourced staff and manage equipment responsibly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Environment

• Office- and site-based role.
• May require extended working hours depending on operational needs.
• Involves working at both indoor and outdoor events.
• Requires flexibility to support exhibitions, events, and day-to-day operations.
